Follow the green 'P' to over 8,000 parking spaces, including more than 800 free on-street spaces. You can also park at one of the City's 14 parking facilities, located just steps away from all the popular entertainment, shopping and dining destinations. The City also offers free parking on weekends in select locations, and many downtown merchants provide free or discounted garage parking for their customers.

Parkers with valid accessible parking license plates and/or hanging tags may park in off-street parking garages and surface lots for an unlimited time when paying the posted hourly rates. Or, may park for free at any on-street metered space for an unlimited time.
Parking Meters are enforced Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Federal Holidays. Parking at meters are free on Sundays and parking in the garage and surface lots will remain free on weekends. Meters are limited to 3 hours, 6 hours and 15 minutes and are located along various streets and on the first level of the Parking Garage-refer to the map below.
As a part of the mobile payment for parking program, the app will be available at on and off-street parking locations in the Kennett Square area where signage is displayed. PassportParking signage and decals located on the meters indicate how users can download and get started with the app.
Railyards Meter Parking: Meter payments are accepted by mobile app or may be made at payment kiosks located throughout the Railyards area. Signage on the street also includes this QR code to direct motorists to kiosk locations. Simply use your camera function and focus on the QR code and a link to the map will appear.
Visiting Boulder for a quick stop errand? The City of Boulder offers 15 minutes free, once per day/per license plate) at our on-street pay stations. You will need to start a parking session by selecting 15 minutes free on the pay station and entering your license plate.
City of Boulder parking enforcement officers patrol Boulder's downtown streets, University Hill, Boulder Junction and in Boulder neighborhoods from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
